The applicant, Jody Oberholtzer, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting site plan approval for a new office warehouse building located at 2960 SW 23 Terrace. |

Description of Action |
|
This project was approved by the City Commission on July 22, 2008 with conditions. On August 11, 2009 the City Commission extended the site plan approved until August 10, 2010. Since that time the approval expired requiring the applicant to submit a new site plan. The proposed project is substantially the same as was approved in 2008.
The subject property is south of State Road 84 and west of Ravenswood Road. It is currently vacant and has significant vegetation on site. The proposed site plan shows 2 points of ingress/egress on SW 23 Terrace with an additional point of egress at the south east corner of the property, through private property via a 24 foot access easement which will provide access to Ravenswood Road. |
